My sister and her fiancé asked me to create a unique invitation for their wedding. They are both very active, they often hike and camp together. So after a little brainstorming we decided to create the invitation in the style of Endomondo app (link).
First I had to recreate the layout and icon set of Endomondo. I never used this app, so I searched the web for ideas. Of course there were icons that did not exist in the original, because you can't track your dancing or camping activity :)
I paired training parameters to each activity, so that they would be both believable and funny. This is the end result:
